Title: Marilyn's Hot Artichoke Spread

Yield: 25 Servings

1/4cButter; softened
8ozCream cheese; softened
1c(4 ounces) Parmesan cheese
1cn(14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/3cChopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)
2 Garlic cloves; minced
1/2tsOregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or 2-cup casserole. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with toasted French bread slices or crackers.

Yield: 25 servings Serving Size: about 2 tablespoons spread
